  • Vendor approvals will be sent on a rolling basis after applications are reviewed

  • Booth sharing requests must be approved in advance by event staff.

  • Load-in and setup schedules will be sent to approved vendors prior to the event.

  • Limited electricity options may be available depending on booth placement. Please include in your application if you require this. More details will be provided upon acceptance.

  • Overnight security will be present after vendor setup hours through the duration of the event weekend; however, vendors remain responsible for their own inventory and valuables.
